It was a good run, but  Yoncalla unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Saturday. They had to suffer through a   77-37 loss at the hands of North Douglas. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings  (they are ranked 227th, while North Douglas are ranked 93rd).
Yoncalla's defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 8-7. As for North Douglas, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yoncalla will host Camas Valley  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for North Douglas, they will welcome Country Christian  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. North Douglas knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Country Christian likes a good challenge.
