Volleyball Recap: Evadale Comes Up Short

Evadale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Silsbee Tigers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Rebels have suffered against the Tigers since September 12, 2017.

Evadale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Silsbee, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

Coming up, Evadale will square off against Hemphill at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Silsbee, they will be playing at home against Navasota at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
