Basketball Game Preview: Augusta Christian Lions vs. Glenn Hills Spartans

Having just played yesterday, the Augusta Christian Lions will get right back to it and host the Glenn Hills Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Augusta Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Bible Baptist Christian, taking the game 49-39. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by exactly ten points.

Meanwhile, Glenn Hills had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They snuck past Augusta Prep with a 50-46 win.

Augusta Christian better keep an eye on Makhi Tutt. He was instrumental in Glenn Hills' win, shooting 57% from the field to rack up 28 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Ja'Quail Johnson, who posted ten points and six boards.
