Softball Recap: Rockbridge County Wildcats vs. Fort Defiance Indians
Rockbridge County lost against Fort Defiance back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats came up short against the Indians, falling 9-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sadie Moore put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double. That double marked the first that she hit this season.
