Soccer Recap: Miami Beach Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Braddock

There's no place like home for Miami Beach, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They never let the Braddock Bulldogs onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Hi-Tides' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Braddock with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Thiago Marchisone (2), Joshua Zephyrine, Josmel Nunez, and Santiago Lemos.

Miami Beach's win bumped their record up to 11-2-2. As for Braddock, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1-3.

Miami Beach and Braddock should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings. Miami Beach (ranked 23rd) will meet Dr. Krop (ranked 88th) at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Braddock will square off against Miami at 3:30 p.m. on January 14th up 214 places (75 vs. 289).
