Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Union). They came out on top against the John Battle Trojans by a score of 11-7 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Bears as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Union picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-4. As for John Battle, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union will square off against Shelby Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for John Battle, they will face off against Gate City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
