Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Stinna Grubb and Kate Minton Lead Colonial Christian to Victory

Colonial Christian lost to Kokomo HomeSchool back in November of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Colonial Christian Cougars had just enough and edged the Kokomo HomeSchool Eagles out 37-34.

Leading Colonial Christian to victory were Kate Minton and Stinna Grubb. Minton dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 boards, while Grubb posted 12 points along with six rebounds and five assists.

Colonial Christian's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Kokomo HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Colonial Christian Cougars take on the Crosspointe Christian Academy Panthers at 5:45 p.m. on January 21st. As for Kokomo HomeSchool, they will take on Fort Wayne HomeSchool at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
