Softball Game Preview: Indian Trail Hawks vs. Kenosha Tremper Trojans

After both having extra time off, the Indian Trail Hawks and the Kenosha Tremper Trojans will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Indian Trail lost 15-5 to Franklin last Thursday. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Sabers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Kenosha Tremper's offense. They came up short against Arrowhead last Wednesday, falling 10-0. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kenosha Tremper now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Indian Trail, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Indian Trail beat Kenosha Tremper 10-7 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
