It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact George Washington can now relate to. They fell just short of the Glass Hilltoppers by a score of 46-44 on Wednesday. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

George Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 21-4. As for Glass, the win was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-3.

George Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glass, they will head out to challenge Handley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Handley knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 23 matches -- so hopefully Glass likes a good challenge.
