             Milan won the last time they faced Novinger, and things went their way  on Saturday too. The Milan Wildcats put the hurt on the Novinger Wildcats with a sharp  13-3 win. Milan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six  runs or more this season.
 The team  relied heavily on  Amy Pickering, who  scored four  runs and  stole four bases while going 1-for-3. She has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emerson Pauley, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Milan's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-4. As for Novinger,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 5-8.
 Milan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  an  11-2  loss vs. Macon on the 21st. Novinger has also already played their next contest,  a  10-0  defeat against Clark County on the 21st.
