Wellston waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Notre Dame Titans by a score of 6-2.

Wellston's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wellston will face off against Meigs at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Notre Dame, they will take on Chesapeake at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.36 runs per game on average), something the Titans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
