After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bridgeport, Hay Springs was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Cody-Kilgore Cowboys/Cowgirls with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory last Saturday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hay Springs was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-6, 25-7.

Devyn Young paced Hay Springs' offense, picking up ten kills. Young got some help from Reese Varvel and her 13 assists. Mya Turman controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Hay Springs' win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Cody-Kilgore, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-22.

As of now, neither Hay Springs nor the Cowboys/Cowgirls have any future games scheduled.
