Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pampa). They blew past the Abilene Eagles 53-24 on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Pampa and bumps their season record up to 3-12. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 46 points in those games. As for Abilene, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Pampa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-47 win against Fort Stockton on the 13th. As for Abilene, they will head out to take on Midland Legacy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
