Football Recap: Valley Head Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Valley Head's offense. They were outmatched by the North Sand Mountain Bison and fell 49-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Tigers were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Valley Head and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for North Sand Mountain, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Looking ahead, Valley Head will be playing in front of their home fans against Ragland at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for North Sand Mountain, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Section at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
