First Flight won the last time they faced Northeastern and things went their way on Friday too. The First Flight Nighthawks never let the Northeastern Eagles get on the board and left with a 20-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Nighthawks.
Riley Gilreath was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Gilreath was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2024.
