Baseball Recap: La Pryor Beats Three Rivers for Their Third Straight Win

La Pryor had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against Three Rivers by a score of 7-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-7 back in March.

Jesse Rojas looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because La Pryor is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 7-11 otherwise.

At the plate, Dareon Vasquez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Landon Jackson was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

La Pryor's record is now 14-11. As for Three Rivers, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-13 record.

As of now, neither La Pryor nor Three Rivers have any future games scheduled.
