Softball Recap: Yosemite Takes a Loss

Yosemite's last matchup with Sierra could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Badgers came up short against the Chieftains, falling 17-4. The Badgers haven't had much luck with the Chieftains recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Yosemite saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Morgan Ramsey, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Yosemite's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Sierra, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

Yosemite didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-0 defeat against Liberty on the 29th. As for Sierra, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-0 win against Fresno Christian on the 29th.
