Basketball Recap: Cayuga Takes a Loss

If Cayuga was feeling good fresh off their 58-35 takedown of Cross Roads last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cayuga Wildcats were outmatched by the Frankston Indians and fell 90-33. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Cayuga's defeat dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Frankston, they pushed their record up to 20-10 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing LaPoynor the next time they take the court. Frankston will host LaPoynor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Cayuga will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
