Basketball Recap: Providence Catholic Comes Up Short

Providence Catholic had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers by a score of 55-53 on Monday. If the Celtics were looking for revenge after losing 75-56 to the Boilermakers when the teams met back in November of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coming up, Providence Catholic will challenge Lemont at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bradley-Bourbonnais, they will face off against Plainfield Central at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
