Softball Game Preview: Windham Bombers vs. Bristol Panthers

Windham hasn't had much luck against Bristol recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Bombers will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 12:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Windham is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 16 runs on Thursday, they were much more limited against Pymatuning Valley on Friday. They came up short against the Lakers, falling 8-2.

Windham saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aralynn Woofter, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Bristol lost 14-8 to Grand Valley on Friday.

Windham's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Bristol, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.
