While Eldorado was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon came up short against Rancho on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

While Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon ultimately came up short, they really made Rancho work, particularly in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23, 21-25, 26-24.

Eldorado's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
