After the University of Denver informed the Colorado High School Activities Association late Thursday that it could no longer host the state's 3A tournament, the CHSAA announced the cancellation of the rest of its basketball tournament.

"With uncertainty at all additional sites, including a state of emergency declaration by the City of Denver, the difficult decision has been made to cancel the remainder of all state basketball tournaments in all classes," the CHSAA said via a release.

Part of the tournament was completed. The tournament brackets can be found here: Boys and Girls.

The state association also announced Thursday it was suspending all spring sports and activities until April 6. The decision is effective March 13 and the decision to play Thursday is up to local schools and districts.
