Soccer Recap: Dothan Comes Up Short

Dothan lost against Oak Mountain back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Dothan Wolves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oak Mountain Eagles.

Dothan's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Oak Mountain, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dothan will venture away from home to challenge Montgomery Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Dothan's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Oak Mountain, they will challenge Hewitt-Trussville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
