Baseball Recap: Southern Takes a Loss

Southern fell victim to United and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Golden Eagles, falling 17-0. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Golden Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Southern now has a losing record of 3-4. As for United, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

While Southern had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
