Football Recap: Joliet Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Joliet Central extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 1-5. They took a blow against the Bolingbrook Raiders, falling 84-0. The Steelmen lost against the Raiders in their previous head to head back in October of 2015, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 68-6 score last time.

As for Bolingbrook, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Payton Miller was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 115 yards and a pair of scores, and also picked up 68 receiving yards and one TD.

Joliet Central has already played their next matchup, a 48-0 loss against Romeoville on the 10th. As for Bolingbrook, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 28-14 win against Plainfield North on the 10th.
