Football Recap: Hettinger/Scranton Takes a Loss

Hettinger/Scranton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Imperials and fell 48-8. If the Black Devils were looking for revenge after losing 52-32 to the Imperials when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hettinger/Scranton's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Hettinger/Scranton will square off against rival Standing Rock on Friday. Meanwhile, Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter is set to challenge their familiar foe New Salem on Friday.
