Baseball Recap: Emmanuel Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Emmanuel Christian Academy lost against Dayton Christian last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions lost 10-2 to the WARRIORS. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Emmanuel Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dayton Christian, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Emmanuel Christian Academy is taking a road trip to face off against Bradford at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Lions are facing the Railroaders at the right time seeing as the Railroaders are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Dayton Christian, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Chaminade Julienne Catholic at 5:00 p.m. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the WARRIORS' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
