Volleyball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Fremont Silverwolves. The Beetdiggers were not able to make up for their loss to the Silverwolves from their previous meeting back in October of 2019.

Felita Tauvao paced Jordan's offense, picking up seven kills. Tauvao got some help from Lucy Palmer and her nine assists. Finally, Tauvao was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Jordan now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Fremont, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-1.

Jordan has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Bear River on the 3rd. As for Fremont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Ogden on the 3rd.
