Soccer Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

After flying high against Judson last Monday, East Central came back down to earth. The East Central Hornets came up short against the Steele Knights on Tuesday, falling 8-3. The Hornets have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

East Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Steele, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.

Coming up, East Central will challenge San Marcos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Steele, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Judson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Steele is facing Judson at the right time seeing as Judson is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
