Volleyball Game Preview: Park City Miners vs. West Field Longhorns

The Park City Miners will face off against the West Field Longhorns at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

On Tuesday, Park City came up short against Murray and fell 3-1. The Miners haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Park City started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-17, 25-15, 25-20.

Meanwhile, West Field came into Tuesday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Bear River on Tuesday.

West Field walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-13, 23-25, 25-20, 25-16.

Park City's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for West Field, their victory bumped their record up to 8-18.
