After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rouse, Lockhart was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Lehman Lobos 7-6. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Lobos back in February, they had to take a 7-5 loss.

The team relied heavily on Genesis Lopez, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Presli Moebes, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-5.

Lockhart's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12. As for Lehman, they dropped their record down to 8-12-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Lockhart will take on Glenn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lockhart's pitchers better be ready for this one: Glenn has averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. As for Lehman, they will challenge Cedar Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lehman is facing Cedar Park at the right time seeing as Cedar Park is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
