Soccer Recap: Delhi Has No Trouble Against Le Grand

After failing to score in their last game, Delhi made sure to put some goals up on the board against Le Grand on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 5-2 margin over the Le Grand Bulldogs. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Hawks' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Le Grand with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ariana Olivares (2), Marla Segovia (2), and Marielle Segovia.

Delhi now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Le Grand, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Delhi wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Waterford on the 9th. As for Le Grand, they and Denair will meet in a canine-themed contest at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
