Poplar Springs was led to victory by Reese Mattox, who turned in her biggest game of the season on Monday. Mattox wasn't messing around, getting on base in five of her seven plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The game was her fifth straight with at least one stolen base.

Mattox and Poplar Springs will challenge Cottondale at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Atomics will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 381 places lower in Florida), but they're not letting that get them down.
