Volleyball Recap: Adams Highlanders vs. Dakota Cougars

Adams lost to Dakota last Thursday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Highlanders came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.

Adams didn't let Dakota take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-22.

Marcus Edgar paced Adams' offense, picking up eight kills. Edgar got some help from Saswath Velayudham and his 24 assists. Finally, Edgar was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.
