After flying high against Kirtland on Tuesday, Andrews Osborne Academy came back down to earth. The Phoenix fell 2-0 to the Wickliffe Blue Devils on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Andrews Osborne Academy of the 1-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Andrews Osborne Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for Wickliffe, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
