Stevie Walton Game Report: vs John Marshall

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Stevie Walton stepped things up a notch to give King William the 'W'. Walton produced his best game of the campaign: he made three total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended two passes in addition to snagging an interception which he returned for a touchdown.

Coming up, Walton and King William will square off against Halifax County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Comets will enter the matchup having just beaten Mecklenburg County, so the Cavaliers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
