Basketball Recap: Troy Christian Takes a Loss

Troy Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 54-33 to the Tri-Village Patriots. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 21 points.

Troy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Tri-Village, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

When Troy Christian and Tri-Village next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Troy Christian will try to stop Lehman Catholic's five-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Tri-Village will take on Troy and their four-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
