Baseball Recap: James Logan Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact James Logan can now relate to. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Freedom Falcons on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Colts in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost six in a row.

Jordan Medina was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

James Logan's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Freedom, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-12.

James Logan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Freedom, they will square off against El Cerrito at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Falcons 3.2, the Gauchos 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
