Baseball Recap: La Vernia Bears vs. Pleasanton Eagles
After flying high against Canyon on Friday, La Vernia came back down to earth. The Bears fell just short of the Pleasanton Eagles by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 11-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2022.
