Holy Cross proved they can win big on Monday (they won by seven) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Riverside Vikings 2-1. The victory was nothing new for Holy Cross as they're now sitting on five straight.

Adam Badyrka was the driving force of Holy Cross' attack as he scored both of Holy Cross' goals, bringing his season total up to 16 goals.

Holy Cross' win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Riverside, they moved to 13-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 12-match winning streak.
