Greene County Tech had won 13 straight games and E'Marriha Johnson did her part to make it 14 on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles enjoyed a cozy 62-48 victory over the Batesville Pioneers thanks in part to Johnson, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and ten boards. Her big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Addie Ryan, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 15 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 44% in the last three games she's played.

Greene County Tech's win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Batesville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-10.

Greene County Tech didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-34 victory against Marion on the 4th. As for Batesville, they will square off against West Memphis at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
