Softball Recap: Bishop Kenny Comes Up Short

Bishop Kenny was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 10-1 to the George Jenkins Eagles.

Bishop Kenny saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abby Satkoff, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bishop Kenny's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for George Jenkins, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5.

Bishop Kenny didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-8 win against Sickles on the 29th. As for George Jenkins, they are taking a road trip to take on McKeel Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
