Staples won the last time they faced Westhill and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wreckers came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 17-13.

Staples got a massive performance out of Cora Barrett, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. Those three hits gave Barrett a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emillie Russell, who went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.

Staples now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Westhill, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
