Baseball Preview: Northgate Broncos vs. Acalanes Dons
After three games on the road, Northgate is heading back home. They will take on the Acalanes Dons at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
On Saturday, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Northgate had to settle for a 7-6 loss against Livermore.
Northgate got a good showing from Max Carlos, who tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also only allowed one walk). Carlos has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single walk in four consecutive pitching appearances.
