WACO hadn't done well against Central Lee recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The WACO Warriors walked away with a 52-45 victory over the Central Lee Hawks. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 42-31 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for WACO and bumps their season record up to 12-4. As for Central Lee, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.
