Baseball Game Preview: Benton Central Bison vs. Lowell Red Devils

The Benton Central Bison will square off against the Lowell Red Devils at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Benton Central is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Benton Central's offense. They lost 10-0 to Twin Lakes on Wednesday.

Benton Central saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tanner Pitstick, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Lowell posted their closest win since April 18th on Thursday. They skirted past Portage 7-6.

Michael Reidenga looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Camden Mikulich was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 11 contests. Derek Rice was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

Benton Central's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Lowell, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-9.
