Volleyball Recap: Chippewa Falls Takes a Loss

Chippewa Falls lost against Academy of Holy Angels back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stars. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Riley Terhark paced Chippewa Falls' offense, picking up six kills. Terhark got some help from Barrett Boisvert and her 14 assists.

Chippewa Falls' loss dropped their record down to 24-8. As for Academy of Holy Angels, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

Chippewa Falls didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Eastview on the 4th. As for Academy of Holy Angels, they will head out on the road to face off against Highland Park at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
