While Maryvale put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Lackawanna. Everything went the Maryvale Flyers' way against the Lackawanna Steelers as the Maryvale Flyers made off with a 24-0 victory. That 24 run margin sets a new team best for Maryvale this season.

Owen Baker made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Baker was also big at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances.
