Basketball Game Preview: Lewisville Lions vs. Great Falls Red Devils

Lewisville is 2-8 against Great Falls since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lewisville Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Great Falls Red Devils at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Great Falls is hoping to do what Riverwalk Academy couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Lewisville's winning streak, which now stands at five games. Lewisville simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Riverwalk Academy 91-12. That looming 91-12 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Lewisville yet this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Great Falls, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They came out on top in a nail-biter against McBee on Tuesday, sneaking past 64-61.

Great Falls pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37 points. As for Lewisville, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Lewisville didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Great Falls when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 48-42 victory.
