Community Christian came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt an 82-47 defeat at the hands of Wayne Country Day. The loss continues a trend for the Cyclones in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost five in a row.

Jacksonville Christian Academy kicked off their season on the road two weeks ago and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against Southside Christian, falling 68-31.

Having lost for the first time this season, Community Christian fell to 2-1. As for Jacksonville Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Everything came up roses for Community Christian against Jacksonville Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in February, as the squad secured a 95-49 victory. Will the Cyclones repeat their success, or do the Conquerors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
